Externship in EFT for Couples (4-Day)
|

This program includes 30 hours of
training in EFT. The Maryland Center for EFT is approved by the
American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education
for psychologists. The Maryland Center for EFT maintains
responsibility for this program and its content. The Maryland Board
of Social Work Examiners certifies that this program meets the
criteria for 30 credit hours of Category I continuing education for
social workers and associates licensed in Maryland. This program has
been approved for 30 CEUs by the State of Maryland Board of
Examiners of Psychologists. Application for CE credits is being made
to the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors.
The Externship is necessary to fulfill requirements for becoming a
Registered EFT Therapist through the International Center for
Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Supervision Group for EFT (8 Monthly 2hr Sessions)

Supervisor: Douglas Tilley, LCSW-C
Participants will be required to have completed the EFT Externship
or its equivalent. Meetings include presentations on
theory, discussions, role play, and video demonstrations.
Participants are expected to present their own cases, preferably

Individual Supervision for EFT (On Request)

Supervisor: Douglas Tilley,

Doug offers EFT supervision and
case consultation on an individual basis, either face to face or by
telephone. In addition, he does review and consultation of video
taped sessions for supervision and to assist supervisees in meeting
the requirements for certification in EFT.
